Architectural Assistant / Office Manager

Zyscovich Architects is in search of a bright and motivated Architectural Assistant/ Office Manager. Successful candidates will be a team player who is detail-oriented, flexible, enthusiastic, self-motivated and has strong communication and graphics skills.




Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • Liaison with Administrative, HR, Accounting and Marketing departments in Miami

  • Meeting and Lunch & Learn scheduling

  • Calendar management

  • Assist in the organizing of master schedule

  • Assisting Project Managers as needed.

  • Travel Arrangements

  • Recordkeeping/Log-in documentation for Project Architects

  • Correspondence preparation

  • Maintaining office machines

  • Ordering supplies

  • Maintaining a clean and efficient office environment.

  • Run errands outside of the office

  • Event coordination

  • Other clerical support as needed



  • Detail oriented, responsible, organized, and able to multi-task
  • Remain positive and focused under pressure, providing excellent customer service
  • Maintain a professional appearance and excellent customer service
  • Willingness to support and work in a team and exhibit a can-do attitude
  • MS Office skills required and knowledge of general administrative protocols


  • Office Administration: 1 year

  • MS Office Suite Knowledge: 1 year

  • Adobe Creative Suite Knowledge: 1 year

  • Marketing and proposal submission experience a plus


  • Bachelor's Degree
